Completely agree as I've already said on this thread. I used to promote Windscribe here when they started out. In fact I think I was the first to recommended them. Not after this though. It's bad in so many ways. If they renege on this, who's to say they they won't do it again? This Putin nonsense is also very patronising and insulting to the intelligence of their customers. Maybe if I was teenage or preteen I would think it was humourous but I'm not and I don't. They have lost my trust and like you I'm done with them.they did the same thing to me, my account qualified, i didnt know about a deadline because i dont keep up with this stuff too busy with life - ended up having to email the company and they gave me no exceptions on the sale even if i had one of the few qualified accounts - not great customer service they basically said its impossible to do now.
Will not support windscribe after this, 10 days no exception = no business with me again.
