Windscribe VPN now offers Static IP addresses - are logging policy and security affected ?

I haven't visited the forum for some time ....

I guess this would apply to any VPN provider that may offer a similar service , not just Windscribe

One feature of VPNs is that you can bypass geo-blocks. But if an IP is used by several users, it will be blacklisted on Hulu, Netflix etc...

That's why offering static IPs is a logical step to prevent geo-blocks and is an advantage for the user.

Fully agree with this quote, most logical step to do and to bypass any block companies like Netflix use to stop people using VPNs from connecting to them.

By implementing geoblocks those greedy companies just push people to torrent back.
