I just tried this, and at the moment it has major issues with false positives. It detected every file in a folder of IE favorites I have on my desktop.
I will report this issue to them so they can fix it. Aside from this problem, it looks interesting.

I just got a reply saying they will forward the issue to their technical team, so they can fix it. What's nice is that I was able to provide feedback from within the software, and it even let me take a screenshot which it attached.
