I've used the Wise Registry Cleaner and I've been pretty happy with it. It has a relatively deep scan, the one thing I like about it is that it marks the keys either as safe to delete or could be deleted but it's not recommended.
Only gave the Disk Cleaner a short try a while ago, seemed fairly slow scanning the drives, couldn't comment on efficacy.
 
just be careful,after fill the registration for keys there is a blank page,
so many are complaining about the same,i fill the info yesterday morning and haven't received my keys yet
