WSE_Taplika removal.

Hello all... I let a friend use my computer and he downloaded a "free" Winzip. wse taplika came along for the ride and here I am. Took me all morning to get rid of the Black Screen of Death, now hope FRST64 will remove this nasty little bit of malware.
