If you download our full program after 2016.2.27, just using updater to update to this version, no need to re-download full program.

As for CLI version, I can't add stop function due to the limit of commandline.
As for GUI version, I planned to add stop function but it will lead to memory leak(it's very dangerous), I would like to add this function when I found a better way to achieve this function.
