Hi, it is only a on-demand scanner which means it doesn't have real time protection. It only uses System Resources when you are running a scan.

Yes, That is normal it shows "coming soon" because Real time protection is coming. Real Time protection Module is a huge task so it takes time to develop. Right now there is only on-damand scanning. Hope that helps. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

Hi, what is the cloud engine and what type of heuristics do you use ?

X-Sec uses its own Engines. Signature Engine, Heuristic Engine, Cloud engine. In my opinion I think they are good, also they are going to get batter in the future it seems.

At present, X-Sec Antivirus does not have real-time protection.So it can fully compatible with other antivirus software.
In the future, when it has real-time protection, I' ll let it disable some protections when detected other antivirus software.

So, like Avast in 'Passive' mode, if real-time protection is disabled then it can only run as an on-demand scanner, right?
