Yes, I use the default UI of MFC.
I' m not good at design UI, I' m willing to change the UI in the future. But at present, I would like to focus on malware detection.

UI plays a big role. If someone looks at something like this they're going to think "oh, this is just something generic that has been made a thousand times". Design and the psychology of products go hand and hand.

Stop/Pause Scan will be added with the next program update(not module update).
As for false positive from Heuristic Engine, it will be reduced in the next module update.(Before I released this version, I can imagine that the FP rate is higher than before)

I' m trying to find some free MFC UI library or something else to build a new UI

An alternate to MFC UI would be Qt (which Malwarebytes use), or Sciter (which Avast, ESET, Symantec, Comodo and some other vendors use).

Sciter is a bit difference in the sense that you will design the UI in HTML/CSS, and then you link it up to the native code. It can be tricky to get used to but it is a nice framework for UI development, although the free version has some disadvantages.
