Thank you for your suggestion!An alternate to MFC UI would be Qt (which Malwarebytes use), or Sciter (which Avast, ESET, Symantec, Comodo and some other vendors use).
Sciter is a bit difference in the sense that you will design the UI in HTML/CSS, and then you link it up to the native code. It can be tricky to get used to but it is a nice framework for UI development, although the free version has some disadvantages.
But I' m re-writing UI using WPF
