I ran Autoruns from sysinternals and found that files.

what are them? may i remove or uncheck them?

Those are safe and necessary system files. Don't mess with those.

Files created in updates windows 10;
Files cause slowdown start system;
refer in autorun, but system in looping one or more minutes. You can remove!
