Just a random topic starter, as well as wanting every one's thoughts and idea on the subject
To preface - I am about 90% anti AI (Sorry @Bot ) it has its place like what our friendly neighborhood Bot does, but the realms in which it is extending is quite frankly scary
That being said, its done something good recently, have any of you seen the work going on over at ArtCraft?
all the programs are decopiled/recreated popular programs using AI, so far there are almost exact replica's and every one I've tried so far has either replaced 3rd party programs
(like libreoffice for office programs ect.) or are in the running to on my families systems.
There is definately some legal questions (atleast here in the U.S) but even if the program were to be halted, no internet connection necessary to run any of them and the ones ive tried so far work just as good as the originals......and their free.
They have almost exact remakes of the whole Adobe creative suite as well as most of MS Office so far.
