Nice choice adding CIS. It offers great protection, as long as you feel comfortable with the amount of alerts and the technical details they contain.

CIS offers great protection with default settings, however one thing you should definitely do is switch CIS to "Proactive Mode": Advanced Settings -> General Settings -> Configuration -> "COMODO - Proactive Security"
This should provide way more than enough protection for your system.

If you want to see other users' CIS configuration and use it as a base or reference for your own custom configuration, check out this thread: Comodo Internet Security v8 Setup/configuration thread (Setting Only)
Here's the configuration I personally use (optimized for balanced security and usability): Comodo Internet Security v8 Setup/configuration thread (Setting Only)

Is it WinPatrol Free you have?

You should use Norton ConnectSafe (Norton DNS) - Norton ConnectSafe

Programs to add:
•HitmanPro
•Zemana Anti-Logger Free
•Emsisoft Emergency Kit

The Best AdBlockers:
•Adguard (I Reccomend)
•uBlock Origin (I Highly Reccomend)

Important Advice from me:
•Avoid cracking, hacking or keygen tools 99% of them are malicious and illegal!
•Try to use official websites and programs, try to avoid third-parties as much as possible.
•Keep software and operating system up-to date is essential.
•Think before you click!

Hope this helps! Regards @Tornado
