Advice is always welcome!

I would set smartscreen to system-wide and I would use a better firewall. If you want to use windows defender that's fine but I highly recommend comodo free firewall. I would use the firewall and hips features it has. You are also missing a hips program but again that comes with comodo. Other then that you look good!

Windows 7 have smartcreen only on Internet explorer.
i hate hips. I think I am OK with windows firewall.

Looks like a good config! Thanks for sharing. @LukeNukesEm Smartscreen on Windows 7 only applies to IE. It doesn't have system wide protection.
