Hello
Your config is great but
  • Have you enabled UAC? Because UAC can save your PC
  • Backup your important data to external drive or Cloud (Dropbox,Mega etc.)
Thanks for sharing your config.

I recommend that you install Service Pack 1 for Windows 7. How to get SP1:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/service-packs-download#sptabs=win7

Reduce the amount of real-time protection: Ad-Aware Web Companion, Spybot 2.4 Free, Zemana AntiLogger may be uninstalled.

Reduce the amount of on-demand scanning tools. SiteAdvisor (I think) and WOT Scores are included in Webutation.

Reduce the amount of Website Rating extensions. They do not always provide accurate results, nor should you rely on them. Modern web browsers include Phishing Protection and some better browsers have Malware Protection.

I would not use Avira Browser Safety, it tracks what websites you visit when doing Online Shopping (and provides deals and offers). It is the identical service as avast! SafePrice used and I do not think it's a necessary feature for a "Browser Safety" extension.

Why do you use TWO password managers, Blur and LastPass?

Overall, you have a lot of unnecessary software installed, which can be reduced to simplify and therefore will increase your protection.

... as long as you have a brain. :p

I will just give my opinion here that you have some stuff that is not needed, like:

- Two AdwCleaners
- Alot of extensions that can be helpful but are not needed at all like Blur (use Ghostery Instead) and I would change your avast web security to another antivirus web security.
- Also I would not use Internet Explorer.
- The Backup part is important, but it is your choice to have it.
- Also you should configure your uBlock if you have not yet.

Thanks for reading,
John.

If UAC is not already enabled the enable it.
Consider removing Ad-Aware Web Companion,SpyBot & Zemmana
1-3 on demand scanners are sufficient
Some type of backup solution
CCleaner & Privazer are enough.I personally find no need for Wisecare or similar programs
You can clean up your extensions and programs by removing those that perform similar tasks
I would say you can definitely uninstall SpywareBlaster Free

If you want really to encrypt keystrokes then use Keyscrambler Free version.

You don't need actually Spyware Blaster where you have active Adguard which can handle well

Bitdefender Internet Security should handle everything at all.

Backup is a must, the more you put on flexible storage devices the better at all. You may conduct system image using the built in feature so that its easily to revert changes.

you could ad some backup software such as Aomei Backupper or Macrium Reflect both of which have a good free version. If you do not have a portable HDD you could use Aomei One Key it will even help to create a new partition for you. ;)

Thanks for your comments, I have deleted SiteAdvisor and WOT.
I use Masked Email function in Blur.
