It seems pretty good so far, I'm considering testing the beta version of the internet security, but I just love my hips too...much I think lol.

And I find faults with every AV. I like Comodo and ESET Hips but in life you need to make hard choices so moved to setup and forget bitdefender. BTW, FF15 has come out. Update yourself.

I'm already fully up to date thanks :) I just forgot to add it in above config.

And it's 15.1 ;)

I applied for Version 2013, but haven't heard back from them, that or I didn't submit the form.

I'm assuming the GUI is still the same from 2012?

Hi Earth,

Yes the GUI is the same, which is a bit disappointing. The AV it self is running sweet as a nut though. I can't really understand why they don't include the new safe surf feature in the premium antivirus though.

Removed: Avira premium 2013 beta.
Added: EAM V7 and so far I'm very impressed with it, this maybe a keeper.

Yes it seem lighter, they've also fixed alert telling you the gaurds disabled that some users were getting. I also like the frequency of the updates. All in all it seems like a top job by Emsisoft.

Make me shift from CIS was not an easy job, but Emsisoft did it ^^

They still need to clean up malware remnants, you still got traces of Comodo on your system.

I could be wrong, but I believe you are wasting your time if you run scans with SAS. MBAM and HitMan Pro are much better, imho, esp. when used to complement each other.

I dual boot with: Linux mint 13.

I can dig it.

I have stopped using SAS now, it used to be decent software but those days are gone I agree with you.
