I was online when a window opened stating that the computer had Zeus Trojan. I am not sure whether this is a virus or malware so if I am posting this in the wrong place, please forgive my ignorance.
The online screen said the Error code was 0X000019F. It also instructed that 1-844-573-0161 should be called and the following code should be given to the tech:B2957E.
Instead of following these directions, I found the following website: https://malwaretips.com/blogs/zeus-trojan-virus/#malwarebytes
I followed all the steps until I reached the Zemana Antimalware. When I downloaded it I was informed that an error and to close the window.
What should I do now?

Hello,

FRST.gif
Fix with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finishes FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.

Hi!
I am very ignorant about these issues.
First, I saved the fixlist.txt to the desktop, but I am not sure what you are referring to when you say that the FRST have to be in the same location. Do I open the fixlist window and save the FRST in the same window?
Do you have a step by step explanation for this somewhere?
Please and thank you
