What a coincidence my kaspesky license just expired on my gaming pc I think I will let zone alarm a chance if it causes to many false positives or has bad performance then it’s pretty much will be permanently banned on my system

The signature and cloud engines seem similar to Kaspersky detections in VT…. Can someone with the product explain how the other modules work? It sounds like they describe both a behavior blocker and an anti ransomware component. Is that Kaspersky based or custom to ZoneAlarm?

I am not sure, but I think this av haven't been listed on their website(so called the next gen av?)

AFAIK, this is not implemented.

You will have to get permission to the following directory. And delete everything in it.
<DRIVE>\ProgramData\CheckPoint\Endpoint Security\Remediation\Quarantine

He's based on kaspersky engine, but somehow ZoneAlarm detection ratio isn't so perfect. Same goes to Real-Time Protection.

It's because both of these products are using their own engine as well which is more terrible and it decreases effectiveness of detection ratio & Real-Time protection.
