I updated my config !!!
Changelog :
-Reinstalled original Windows 7
-Changed my security settings (see them on my security config)
-Installed Fedora 23
It's all (for the moment)

No, I was to Windows 7 ultimate but I use my recovery DVD so I have the windows 7 of HP. (Windows 7 home premium OEM)

Nice config very lite on system.
Are you using MBAE Free or Premium?
About your add-ons. Personally i don't use WOT because it has some false positives.
About HTPPS Everywhere and Disconnect i would only use one of them
but i think with uBlock Origin you are covered.
