Adblock Plus 4.8 for Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Opera

The highlights of this release is that the popup allowlisting button now does 7 day smart allowlisting. It also contains a potential fix for a bug where some users are reporting no longer having any subscriptions.

Changes

• We no longer test the MV2 build of our extensions on Chrome 129 and later, since it disables MV2 extensions by defaults.
• Enable user counting functionality
• Updated snippets to 1.6.0
• Upgraded to SDK version 1.15.0
• Updated snippets to 1.7.0
• Changed popup allowlist behaviour to 7 days smart allowlist (EXT-339)
• Attempt to fix issue when no subscriptions are enabled (due to corrupted data), restoring to default subscriptions (EXT-375)
