This is weird, updated extension version on adguard.com is 4.0.171 but on MS store latest version is 4.0173 and on Chrome Webstore it's still 4.0.163 (which kinda makes sense as Chrome store takes time to update).

There on store for Edge addons, when you hover over name Performix then it's linked to adguard.com

Yeah, I saw adguard.com with hover over Performix.

According to official site changelog and GitHub the latest version is 4.0.171 but on Edge store it is, 4.0.173

I think the MS Store version mirrors the Beta version on the Chrome store.

For example, previously some scriptlets were displayed in the Developer Tools console even when the Filtering log was closed. Now this problem no longer exists.
