A new update where we have improved the security and performance of the app, this time by adding support for DNS-over-HTTP/3. Also, thanks to the Diagnostic info section it's now much easier to understand what's going on when you encounter a problem. No more sending logs, just go to the Diagnostic info and share that information with the support team. And for those of you using Sonoma, we have some special news: the option to enable hardware acceleration in the Advanced settings. With it, you will no longer experience visual glitches. Update the app and see for yourself!

Here at AdGuard, we’re all about constantly making things better, especially when it comes to keeping your apps running smoothly and securely. AdGuard VPN v2.3 for Mac is another big step in that direction!
In this update, we’ve improved the security and performance of the app by adding support for DNS-over-HTTP/3. Now you can add h3:// addresses to custom DNS servers, and they will work over HTTP/3 protocol. This can be especially useful if you’re using an unstable Wi-Fi network.
We’ve also added a handy Diagnostic Info section to make troubleshooting a simple task. This section provides useful debugging information that can be shared with our support team. For this, head over to Settings → Diagnostic Info.
For those of you using Sonoma, we have something special: the option to enable hardware acceleration in the Advanced settings. If you’re experiencing visual glitches or simply looking for a greater efficiency when running the app, this is very likely to be the solution you need.
Last, but not least, making AdGuard VPN accessible for an even greater audience is one of our goals, so we’ve added support for new languages: Slovenian, Ukrainian, Polish, and Indonesian. Now more people can enjoy the product in their native language!

No questions about it, we are ready to release again! After flirting with betas and RCs, updating WFP and TDI drivers along with the VPN client, after hours of testing and practically illegal amounts of coffee, we are happy to present AdGuard VPN v2.3 for Windows. What do we have here?
Fast and secure
In this update, we have enhanced the app’s security and performance by adding support for DNS-over-HTTP/3. You can now include h3:// addresses for custom DNS servers, which will function over the HTTP/3 protocol. Quite handy, especially for unstable Wi-Fi networks.
If your app could talk
Troubleshooting just got easier with our new Diagnostic info section. This section provides valuable debugging details that you can share with our support team. To access it, head over to Settings → App settings→ Advanced settings→ Diagnostic info.
Beauty in ordinary things
What’s ordinary and natural for one, is not always easy to get for another: like a useful app in a native language. We are happy to have a community that helps us make AdGuard VPN even more accessible. Our app is now available in Swedish, Slovenian, Indonesian, Polish, and Ukrainian — how cool is that? We’ll be adding even more languages in future versions. If AdGuard VPN hasn’t been localized into your native language yet, come join the party — you’ll get some nifty gifties and a sense of achievement. And you can’t put a price on that.

“Dear developers, can we get a bugfix pronto?” Of course you can! Right after the release, we serve you a hotfix with a resolved problem and fine-tuned operation.
We had a developer urge to make our VPN compatible with x64 and ARM processors. This makes sense since most computers today have a 64-bit or ARM64 version anyway, with more resources such as processing power and memory. And while at it, we fixed a small bug and updated the VPN client.

We’re all about desktop equality, so we make sure our VPN apps for Windows and Mac have the same features. In this beta, we’ve added Subnet exclusions — an advanced feature already introduced in our Windows app. Now you can add subnets whose traffic you don’t want to be routed through AdGuard VPN. To do so, go to Settings → App settings → Advanced settings → Subnet exclusions and add the necessary subnets using CIDR notation.
