Advanced Security adware won't quarantine pup.optional.installx.chrprst

Adware free download detects pup.optional.installx.chrprst, but after selecting clean and repair and a reboot, it isn't quarantined and won't delete. I tried hitman pro, but it didn't work either. Is this a false positive?

OS is Windows 10
browser is Edge
