an extension named "app" keep redirected me to bing when I search google. I cant remove it

I have tried purchasing Malwarebytes premium but it didn't work. Here is the scan report of mine. Really appreciated the work.

Thank you for the Addition.txt log. I also need the FRST.TXT log that was created at the same time you executed the Farbar program.

Please post it in your next reply or attach it as you did with the Addition.txt log.

Hi,

Remove this Rogue program in bold using the Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features...

AV: Total AV (Enabled - Up to date) {0567E33F-93C9-11B5-891D-90A37AEB2766}

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

Please post the Fixlog.txt and let me know what problem persists.

p.s.
Check the Windows Defender and make sure it's enabled, now that the Total AV program has been removed.

here is the fix log file. I couldn't find the Total AV program in control panel. pretty sure because It has been isolated by Malwarebytes so I did a check and deleted all the isolated programs on Malwarebytes, hope its help.

btw, the "app" extension has been removed by my browser. But I'll continued to do what we doing.
