Malwarebytes has dramatically improved script protection it's been awhile since it was tested. It has gone through major improvements and updates over the past 4 months.

I am going with Simple, and config defender, plus MWBAMW.

MBAM not really needed with the rest of your setup. I use Firewall Hardening Tool as @devjitdutta2025 suggests. There is no downside to using it.
