Announcing Windows 11 Insider Preview builds [Mega-Thread]

This worked as intended and Windows automatically searched for updates and found the fix--KB 5029339.</p><p>[spoiler]KB[ATTACH]278247[/ATTACH][/spoiler]</p><p>After manually restarting machine to apply this update (the restart button was also missing), the issue is fixed.
