Announcing Windows 11 Insider Preview builds [Mega-Thread]

After a user signs in, provisioning is off for Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">When you sign in, you might see a message that invites you to upgrade to Windows 11.
