Real-time running
Eset internet security ( I got year license so replace old eset smart security)
Spyshalter firwall ( disable only firewall option)
Zemana anti malware ( all option in realtime)
Mmalwarebyte ( only run real-time anti-exploit - antiransomware )

I feel system not run smoothly

So what disable realtime

Does voodooshield auto pilot mode need to add or not
Cos I here that voodoo is difficult to use

VoodooShield is very user-friendly. Not sure where you heard that.
Should you decide to, you could probably settle for ESET + VoodooShield. Disable the rest.
If your system runs smoothly, you can try adding Zemana in real-time and see if your system runs smoothly.
If it does, add another real-time. If it doesn't, you've reached your system's limit.

I have just receive a zemana antilogger for 1 year
Does it better to replace it with above configuration and disable some feature from the another product
