o&o shutup 10 - spybot anti beacon - WPD ( and some personal tweaks ) they function good together , without overlap. but in all faireness : you can NEVER EVER , completely disable m$ spying on you!

I use both, O&O ShutUp10 and Spybot Anti-Beacon.

It's confirmed by Microsoft that some settings in Group Policy doesn't work and they recommend to leave settings as they are. Check out this tweet as well.

I use O&O ShutUp10. I use all recommended settings, but re enabled the 3 telemetry settings because without them being enabled Windows Update is much much (did I mention much) faster.

I am using nothing, I also don't believe you can disable Microsofts "spying" on you, it is Microsoft who is the developer, and I have nothing to hide.
Not more than everyone else.

Voted others. Tried some of them in the past but found it broke things or would make Windows Updates really slow. GPO and manual tweaks is much better.

For me, basically, it's 3 of the commonly used tools. Then I run my batch file I made. Finally I use Group Policy Edits to disable things at a deeper level.

Also, someone noted this breaks windows. Since when? I've done this to dozens of PC's with no issue regarding windows other than the spying/telemetry is disabled.

I have used process explorer to copy all useful stuff from those tools to my batch, but it is mixed, so I can not really recommend it.
