Yup spoke to a live agent the bot is actually correct. I'm going to buy 8 years of F secure. Unfortunately i cannot do the same with avg.

I will wait for his response i'm basically looking to buy 3 2 year total protection subscriptions to combine them into 6 years i might even go 8 years if it will let me.

For the first time customers it take about 1 hour to 1 day since we have to do some extra verification tests. From your second purchase we usually send our the codes from a few minutes to a few hours depending on the software.

I actually lean towards what @Shadowra says, because the basic official time for F-Secure home user subscriptions is 12 or 24 months:

F-Secure SAFE subscriptions are based on the number of devices you want to protect and the length of time you choose for your subscription; for example, a subscription can include up to 25 devices for a period of either 12 or 24 months. When you buy an F-Secure SAFE subscription, the payment for the billing period is seen as "credit". This "credit" goes down during the billing period until it is time to renew the subscription, and a new billing period starts over again.

I have to check again with F-Secure. Maybe they have changed something in their system.

I know that when they discontinued their "Internet Security" and "Anti-virus" products, they made major changes in their system.
