Why is UAC and Smartscreen disabled ? It's important to improve your security, at least enable smartscreen and put UAC at default !

Well, this build is light but I saw much lighter and much better builds.
For more lightness you can use AdguardDNS Servers. For blocking ads that are injected you can install uBlock.

Definitely enable UAC(You also want to get rid of the red badge of "Risky")
I would suggest enabling Smartscreen also.
I would consider adding an on demand scanner(s). Real time protection is not an on demand scanner.
I assume you are using Chrome for your Browser?
Add HTTPS Everywhere to your browser.
Consider using CCleaner if not already using it.
Consider backing up important data to an external drive also.
Please edit your config to reflect any changes made.

I am using firefox not chrome and enabled UAC

You could also use a data backup, it's optional, but something like Rollback Rx can be helpful for file retrieval.

Switched back to lastpass

Default browser now is Brave
