Anyone goes Russian with their PC/Laptop setup before?

One question on HTTPS Scanning

KIS 2020, AdGuard and Yandex browser all have them.

If I go Russian which above software should I enable its HTTPS Scanning?

KIS 2020 for security reasons and make an exception for EV certificates (in network settings, that excludes for example your bank).
For AdGuard I would just use the extension.
Don't know much about the Yandex browser I'm afraid...
