Troubleshoot api-ms-win-crt-convert

Hello everyone i need help, a friend of mine gave me Pes2018 and when i tried opening it i got this msg not sure what is wrong

Here is a fix for it.
Error :api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing

Solution

The missing dll api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is installed with a Windows update. To resolve this issue, download and install the Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows from Microsoft.

If this also doesn't work, can you post what version of Windows you are using?

Win7 ultimate and still the same problem, btw its convert not runtime not sure if both are the same
