Why do not install System Updates?

I do, it's just not done automatically. There's no option for "I install updates manually" so I didn't know which one I should pick.

Edit: Changed it to automatic. Probably a better reflection than the 'Manual' description of not installing updates

SIM card unlocked?

I don't have the documentation that came with my SIM anymore and thus don't know the default PIN from the carrier. Can't set a new PIN without the default PIN unfortunately. Plus my phone is pre-paid so anyone using it would run out of credit eventually anyway.

An Authenticator app would be welcome.

I have a separate phone used solely for authentication.
