Our team often collaborates with other companies sharing our knowledge in the creation of new products (mainly launchers). It’s a great way for the team to make new experiences and fund the development of our own projects.

More specifically, this project just started so the two projects are currently quite similar but Ask Launcher will gradually get its own way in the future.

Thank you anyway for reporting it. In the past, it really happened to see unauthorized rip-offs of Smart Launcher.

Yes. And it gets bad reviews like this one:

"This app is horrible. Once you download it you can't uninstall it. I unchecked all of the permissions but it rechecked them. It is the most horrible app. It rearranged everything and got rid of all the desktop saves. Ridiculous!"
