Authy - What are the negatives / downsides / cons / pitfalls?

Authy is highly regarded and advocated by the likes of Davey Winder amongst others. If you want to be ultra-secure, the recommendation is to set it up on all your devices and then turn on the setting which prevents any other new devices being added.
