If you believe AV-C then you also believe in Fairytales.
I use them in conjunction with the tests of the members here, AVLab.pl, on YouTube...which tend to be totally entertaining if anything else ;) :) and posts by members real time use, experience and insights. So IMO, I find value in most of AV-Comparatives tests along with the rest listed.

Cheers :)

Wow Trend Micro has really started going downhill this year on the real world test.
Trident has explained the reasons in these posts:

I am more concerned about those 76 FPs when the avg is only 14.
Microsoft defender has better results in every modern test then trend micro and lower false positives and you can harden it as well
since trend micro is paid I believe they should find a way to increase detection without increasing false positives even more

Bit of a drop for Kaspersky
Probably because of ksn seems like ESET in this specific test got very slight better results and who knows maybe their ransomware remediation would be as good as system watcher and performance usage is as always slightly better then Kaspersky and they have added multithreading finally

You won't be disappointed, the best speed of any antivirus. It also scored well in tests.
you can find some antivirus software that are lighter but they will barley detect anything and eset since Kaspersky is falling is the new best balance between performance / security and was in most tests lighterthen Kaspersky and now in this test it gets better detection as well

At the minute. Hard to judge after one set of tests, we'll need a few more rounds I think before we can make a firm conclusion
