It's still under development and has only recently been officially endorsed for use by its developer.
The two VPNs I trust aren’t even on there. IVPN and Mullvad.
Probably haven't paid money for testing XD.

I'll switch to AdguardVPN when it's released.
Edit: About ExpressVPN result, I don't agree with that. ExpressVPN is the fastest VPN I've ever used. It's faster than Kaspersky, NordVPN, HotspotShield and Windscribe.

Agree those two I trust the most too aren't there + ExpressVPN is nowhere near as slow as on the chart, that's in the UK & EU - I trust AV-Comparatives less & less
