The Friends Check does not send an email to compromised address, requires consent. The Has My Password Been Stolen does send an email, you can Mark as Resolved and Unsubscribe following the links in the email.

Interesting. Kaspersky also does this. Kaspersky warns me about two websites, Avast warns me about 8.

Check out AVG BreachGuard - an installable program that informs you about data leaks and....ehmm....password management. :D
