Will AVG 2016 users get a prompt to update? Hahaha they will indeed be surprised, especially beginners, when finding AVG talking, with a web blocker and similar to Avast

Installed trial IS 2017. For some reason installation changed on ZEN, with TuneUP included. Uninstalled and went back to Emsisoft as my trusted security solution (if Emsisoft one day include some tune-up, spam filter, parental controls, anti-theft, or integrated monitor for mobile devices, I will not use them any more. For now, Emsisoft IS is one of most clear from some tools solutions on market).

I don't think they will move hardened mode to AVG. It's their strongest zero-day component and I would prefer using AVG if was imported this time.

I used custom install (Web and File shield only). So it's there.

Hard to say because it's almost clean VM with fresh install. Seems like it adds a little, but nothing huge

No, I have not. But AVG seems to be comparatively light as it's supposed to be

I don't think they will move hardened mode to AVG. It's their strongest zero-day component and I would prefer using AVG if was imported this time.

AVG has identity protection which is way superior to avast's hardened mode!
