Well, this is a very charitable outlook, Weebarra, but Brooklyn is kind of harsh. And trashy! This very morning at 4:00 am, I woke from the noise of helicopters, yet another FBI standoff with a suspected murderer, just a mile away. Every week, something new.

here (scroll down) are likely examples, not of graffiti but graffiti-inspired art, which, here in Brooklyn at least, is very often commissioned by building owners, sometimes for big bucks, to try to deter the real graffiti vandals from defacing their properties. It usually works!
There are multi-millions dollars brownstones, among the most affluent in the US. But their real beauty is hidden from us, inside.
