You said you use MB to complement your current AV suite, in short finding a complementary AM.
Do not run Emsisoft AM besides your security suite (if you intend to) as it does not provide that compatibility anymore, for the good. It's specially not compatible with the likes of Kaspersky, Avast etc. On forums, I've noticed corruptions on quite some systems in this regards (even when EAM was installed in passive mode) and have experienced myself too.

For real-time protection (discarding Comodo, Sophos), I'd prefer EAM as a standalone suite and Zemana as a complementary AM with most AVs.
For 2nd opinion, I'd prefer Zemana, MB, HMP and EEK. MB does detect minute stuff and invisible changes that others miss, though overall detection has not been as good as Zemana.
Dr.Web CureIt is powerful. However, the amount of FPs negate the overall results for me. NPE & McAfee GetSusp are testers' favorite tools too, use for troubleshooting with caution.
Hello. Thanks for your reply. Yes, I'll try Emsisoft Emergency Kit. Have a nice day!

For obvious reasons :p , i will say use EAM as main solution and MBAM or Zemana as complements.

I think the obvious reasons now and the obvious reasons before, mostly led to the same preferences for quite some forumers here!
Though I've just begun to explore the better offerings of EAM via tests.. being a long-term Kaspersky user before.

Emsisoft is one of the best and i would not think there are any best products. On the other hand i believe using many-same-purpose software is not a good idea in itself. For instance i would go with Avira or soemthing else AV and either zemana or Emsisoft emergency kit .

Hello! Should I use Emsisoft AntiMalware or Emergency Kit for second-opinion scan? Normally I will use EEK but AntiMalware has two engines, is their scan performance same? I will make a review when I try too, have a nice day!

I'm not sure but I think that EEK has two engines too. In Signatures folder you can see Emsisoft's signatures and the Bitdefender's ones.
