Immunet uses two cloud engines, what are they?

ETHOS is a heuristic-based engine. It is specially designed to find threats generically and then send them to the cloud so users in the Immunet Community can be protected against them. ETHOS examines every file executed, downloaded, and flash scanned on the user's computer. This level of protection may cause a slight delay in the execution of a program if it is the first time ETHOS has seen the program.

SPERO is a lightweight cloud engine that detects threats based on machine learning-based models, which are updated based on threat activity that is detected on computers that make up the Immunet community.

In the settings of Immunet. There's a question mark icon on the right side of the engine toggles that, when hovered over, show the descriptions I posted.

Immunet need to clean up that GUI they said they would do 5 years ago, and the site says nothing up-to date and the FAQ goes on about compatibality with 2007 products... Immunet uses two cloud engines, what are they? How do they work? Not only that, the Immunet privacy policy is now the Cisco one which is far from great let's put it that way. It looks abandoned, and it's embarrassing.

All you need to know is that it`s, light,it`s free,it`s up to date and it works.
