RE: BitDefender AntiVirus Plus 2013: 677 Day License Giveaway
I am not questioning your intentions or that you thought it was a valid giveaway.I am just stating my point of view which is a Giveaway is usually where you provide an email and an activation code is sent to you or a trial installer is made available for download.Promos where you provide an email and info, then a key for a certain time period is sent to you such as 3 or 6 months.
I realize we have a Giveaway section but I didnt think posting licenses and activation codes was protocol for this site.Apparently I am misguided on that ?????
As far as Bitdefender finding out someone didnt have to provide them with the key,If you Google "bitdefender 677 day key" you hit the jackpot. We are the second result followed by all the others.I am sure it would be easy enough for them to find this out.
Just look at ESET.Keys are posted everywhere and they never make it to their expiration.I am positive most Security vendors are vigilant in finding and blacklisting leaked keys.
