Advice Request Bitdefender search advisor not working on Firefox, Chrome, and Edge

Bitdefender web search advisor feature is not working on Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. Can't see the green check, yellow check, or red mark next to the site on Google and duckduckgo search engine. Bitdefender traffic light extension can't show search advisor indicators at all. Does anyone have a solution for this?

This has been a known issue for years now and they never seem to fix it and is the reason I switched to Kaspersky

Only work for the first link show up on google search result, everything else is no indicator at all.
