Today Bitwarden is sharing exciting news that it has secured a $100 million growth investment. PSG, the lead investor, has taken a minority position in the Company and will join the board of directors. Existing investor Battery Ventures also participated.

When it comes to money movements, good news for companies can be bad news for consumers.

If they ever want to grow, they have to make this type of deals. Equity firms sadly has in general a way of handle their investments that brings bad rep. Hopefully not in this case.
