Solved c000021a blue screen issue (incl FRST text)

Hello,

I'm running Win 7 64 bit and I got the blue screen error.
After using my phone to figure out what may be causing this, I figured out a few things, but I'm limited in my abilities and would like to ask if someone can make me a fixlst file, so I can get back into my system.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
And please let me know if you need any additional information.

Can you perform a System Restore from Recovery? I don't see any malware that could have caused this issue.

I cannot perform a system recovery, I don't have any restore points.
I was pretty sure it was a malware issue.
hmmm.
Any ideas on what else I can try, please?
