Can I know what is TOSHIBA Face Recognition?

When I installed Windows for the first time on my new laptop, I started to search for drivers on the internet and I found drivers for my laptop from the Toshiba site. When I was downloading the drivers required, I found one named as TOSHIBA Face Recognition, what is the use of it? And have you ever tried it?
