I'm really desperate here, I just reinstalled windows 7 with the purchase of a new gpu, and I seemed to have gotten this malware named BuyNsave thats in my extensions, while I was googling for a fix or something I stumble onto another post with the same issue here, but it said not to use the same fix since its made specifically for that machine. I really need some help, I don't want to have to reinstall the whole w7 again cause of some crappy malware. Thank you.

  • Push Run Script and wait patiently. The scan may take a couple of minutes.
  • When the scan completes, a zoek-results logfile should open in notepad.
  • If a reboot is needed, it will be opened after it. You may also find it at your main drive (usually C:\ drive)

Post its content into your next reply.

Sorry for the delay, I was on the phone.

Oh, I didn't even took the time to analyze the situation, it seems to be removed, I can't see it anymore at the extensions, and chrome seems to behave normally now. Thank you very much, if I wouldn't have withdrawn my paypal account to 0, I would have bought you a beer. Thank you again for your fast and accurate help. Cheers !

The Importance of Software Updating:

In order to stay protected it is
very important that you regularly update all of your software. Cybercriminals depend on the apathy of users around software updates to keep their malicious endeavor running.

Operating systems, such as Windows, and applications, such as Adobe Reader or JAVA, are used by tens of millions of computers and devices around the world, making them a huge target for cybercriminals. Downloading updates and installing them can sometimes be tedious, but the advantages you get from the updates are certainly worth it.

Recommended additional software:

TFC - to clean unneeded temporary files.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware - to scan your system from time to time in search for malware.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Exploit - to prevent plenty of mostly exploited vulnerabilities.

McShield - to prevent infections spread by removable media.

Unchecky - to prevent from installing additional foistware, implemented in legitimate installations.

FiheHippo.com Update Checker - to keep your programs up-to-date.

Adblock - to surf the web without annoying ads!

Post-cleanup procedures:

Download DelFix by Xplode and save it to your desktop.
  • Run the tool by right click on the
    51a5ce45263de-delfix.png
icon and Run as administrator option.
  • Make sure that these ones are checked:
    • Remove disinfection tools
    • Purge system restore
    • Reset system settings
  • Push Run and wait until the tool completes his work.
  • All tools we used should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:\DelFix.txt)
The tool will also record healthy state of registry and make a backup using ERUNT program in %windir%\ERUNT\DelFix
Tool deletes old system restore points and create a fresh system restore point after cleaning.

Thank you, I've used the DelFix software you said about, and it removed the disinfection tools, but it seems to have deleted a little more than that, some w7 updates including visual c ++ 2013. It's not a big issue, I can install c++ 2013 visuals whenever needed, not idea what the other updates were, but it's that normal ?

We did not remove any software, just system restore points that are named in such way. Yes, that link leads to an good explanation.

Ohhh, it makes sense now, didn't knew "save points" could take names of certain updates/programs, I thought it said that it cleaned the system restore points, didn't realize it started to enumerate them bellow.

Well thank you again for the help and clarification !
