Hi i tried to install Vmware workstation but it gives me error about core.cab is corrupt. Can anyone help me please ?

When you opened the command prompt for sc delete ServiceName, did you run as admin?

I guess it is, was viewing a forum & many peoples reported this method works. U can back ur registry & then perform the task , no worry
