any reason why you don't upgrade to 190x?
In my experience, I saw a noticeable boost in system responsiveness after installing version 1903 (not try 1909 yet) compared to 180x (slow, IMO)

Nothing serious, I'm too lazy to doing major updates.. plus v.1803 education support ends this year on November.. enough time to upgrade.

With the latest CU, it feels super smooth. Booting up is fast (<10s) and shut downs are faster than that (<7s). Before 1909, shut downs were nearly taking 15-20s, like display will turn off but Keyboard's backlight would still be on for an extra 10-15s. BIOS time is 1.6s only as well.

Yes, I have a similar experience, it's very fast and stable. In fact, I really hope v. 2004 doesn't regress from 1909, right?

Well not very optimise but after recent update (OS Build 18363.628) it is much better compare to 1803.
